I already paid the court's traffic school fee. Why am I being asked to pay again?

You paid the court's traffic school administrative fee which the court charges you to process the certificate we send them. You must now pay our course fee.

I don't know my ticket, case, or docket number

If you don’t know your ticket, case, or docket number, you must contact the court in the county where you received the ticket.

It is past my court traffic school due date

You may be eligible for a 30-day extension on your due date. Please contact the court for assistance.

Change Of Address

If you have moved since receiving your ticket, enter your current mailing address when registering for the course.

Updating Your Name

If you have legally changed your name since receiving your ticket, you must contact the court to update the ticket. Enter your new name when registering for the course.

Out-of-State Tickets

If you have a ticket from another state, ask the court if they accept a California DMV-licensed traffic school certificate. If they do, you must print and mail the certificate we email you. We only submit certificates to California courts.

Non-California Drivers License Number

If you have a non-Calfornia driver's license, enter it by selecting your state from the drop-down list.

Returning Customers

If you are a returning customer with another ticket, sign into your account and complete the course. You enter your new ticket details after you pass the course. Please be certain that you are approved to take traffic school by the court. You are only allowed to take traffic school once every 18 months (ticket date to ticket date).

Be certain that you are court-approved to take traffic school for the ticket you select and pay the court's traffic school administration fee for the ticket.
