Do I need to send my certificate to a California court?

No. We electronically send the completion to the California DMV and court. California courts only use the electronic record rather than a paper copy from the student.

How can I confirm the date it was sent?

Log in and review the My Account page. The site also offers an optional Date Certificate Was Sent to Court upgrade.

Why does the certificate not immediately appear at court?

The electronic submission is date- and time-stamped when sent, but the court administrator must download or enter it into the local case system. This is a manual system.

How do I print my certificate?

Print the certificate from the email, or log in to your account, save the PDF copy, and print it from your device.

What if my ticket is from an out-of-state court?

Contact the court before enrolling and verify that it accepts a certificate from a California DMV-licensed traffic school. You may need to print and mail the certificate yourself.

Should I follow up with the court after completion?

Yes. The court may not notify you or us if your certificate is rejected because a court requirement was not met. Only the court knows why they reject a person's certificate.
