Reset Batch so A cert can be reprinted

I created an action for you to use to reset someone's batch. Steps to use:
  1. Go to the account you need to reset.
  2. Scroll to the 'Courses' section.
  3. Click the eye button next to the course you need to reset.
  4. Select 'Reset Account Course Batch' from the drop down menu in the top right and  then click the play button.
  5. Confirm the reset in the dialog box.
Once you do this the person will have their batch reset and the certificate file (if any) deleted. They will then appear in the list of accounts waiting to be processed with the next batch.
 
 
Change or add a county or court instructions
 
Here are the steps you'll need to do this.
  1. Go to the 'Courses' in the left nav of the admin.
  2. Click the 'View' icon for the course.
  3. Scroll to the bottom where the 'Custom Fields' list is.
  4. Click the 'Edit' icon on the custom field labeled 'County listed on your ticket'.
  5. Scroll to the 'Allowed Values' section.
  6. Remove all occurrences of 'TRAFFIC SCHOOL' from both the value and label columns.
  7. Click 'Update Account Field' button (bottom of the page).
  8. Click 'Edit' icon on the custom field labeled 'Citation Court'.
  9. Remove all occurrences of 'TRAFFIC SCHOOL' from the group column.
  10. Click 'Update Account Field'.
As a precautionary note, if you miss removing this from the county list but not the citation court list (or vice versa) the ones missed will not be available for selection on the front-end
